Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

Postage within Australia is a Flat $10 standard shipping rate.

Estimated shipping times usually range between 2 to 8 business days. 

A tracking number will be provided in a shipping confirmation email so that you can monitor the status of your order. 

All orders are generally processed within 72 hours.
Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are aware of any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local Pick Up
Pick up is only available from the below location by selecting the Pick Up option in check out or via prior arrangement.

Shipping and GST are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping to NZ, CA & USA is available via our website. Shipping prices will be available at checkout once a shipping address has been entered. 

Any applicable taxes such as VAT (based on country) will also be shown at checkout. 

For International Destinations outside those listed above please try your friendly local game store or should your shipping location not be available, please contact us at info@dirtyrascalgames.com and we will do our best to arrange a shipping solution for you.

 

Incorrect Details / Undeliverable Items

Please be careful to check your address has been entered correctly before checkout and finalising your order. In the event that an order is returned to us because of an error with the address provided or the order gets returned for any reason, an additional charge will be issued to ship the item again. This will be calculated based on weight or measurements of the item, which ever is greater. 

Damages

Dirty Rascal Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us at info@dirtyrascalgames.com. We will do our best to help resolve any issues.
