Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened and sealed in its original packaging suitable for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the item.

If your request for a return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. It is the buyers responsibility to take the appropriate care when packaging the item for return. We recommend the buyer use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive the item it will be carefully inspected by staff to ensure the above conditions are met. If met a refund will be issued however should the return be deemed non-compliant the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

All cost associated with the return of an item are at the buyers expense.

Items may be returned in person via the pick up location but only upon request.

Items sent back to us without first being approved for a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (via the instructions above) and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Refunds are provided for the product ONLY and do not include reimbursement for any shipping costs previously paid.
