Pre-Order policy

Please ensure all conditions of sale are read and understood prior to placing your order with us.

Please note that all ETAs are provided as an estimate as delays can occur due to circumstances beyond Dirty Rascal Games control including (but not limited to), shipping delays & manufacturing issues.

In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new estimated date of arrival and will endeavor to notify all customers affected whenever major delays occur. 

Products marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched or marked for pick-up as soon as stock arrives, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date. In this situation, your pre-order product will be held until its official release date.

 If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order for dispatch or pick-up until the pre-order product is in stock or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at info@dirtyrascalgames.com so we can try and accommodate your request. Please note that this would require splitting the original order into two separate orders and therefore will incur an additional shipping charge. 

Should you need to cancel your Pre-Order please contact us as soon as possible at info@dirtyrascalgames.com with the relevant order number. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Dirty Rascal Games, however we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped at the time of the request.
